The residents and the staff

Cons

- unprofessional management - poor values - they do not show appreciation towards their employees - they expect you to go above and beyond while not acknowledging - they keep the bad workers and treat good workers horrible - You can receive a perfect evaluation and not get a raise. - this company has destroyed the mental health of many of their employees - management does not care about their residents.

Misleading Job Title

Pros

Not much. The people were nice. Pay was good for someone fresh out of college but not livable.

Cons

Low pay. Monotonous daily operations. Commissions were unfairly taken away in some cases. No room for growth
