      Pros

      The recruiters do a great job of keeping you informed and I really appreciated the insight into the hiring managers needs and expectations. It worked out well for me. Also, the onboarding process was pretty easy and simple.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any downsides, there were none.

      good recruitment team nice team building events keep in touch with you even after you are recruited or even after you quit employee focussed If any issue in HR or Payroll, immediately addressed without need for escalation
