      Pros

      The environment is awesome, and you work with awesome people. You determine your own amount of success.

      Low base salary, but that is offset by a higher than normal commision structure.

      Pros

      Executive management down to branch management is excellent. If you have a work ethic and any mental aptitude the people around you will tee you up for success. Diversant has contracts in-force with many Fortune 500 companies and has the activity required to make a six-figure income in Account Management or Technical Recruiting. Branch Managers are not only good managers, but good human beings. Bonus Structure & Commission Structure are better than many other competitors. 10% commission above $10,000 in weekly spread in recruiting. 12% commission above $10,000 in weekly spread in account management. I was promoted in under a year. Good amount of time-off that requires a 2-week notice.

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive, very high out of pocket premiums. Only $3,000 is payed by the company which represents around 33% of annual premium.

      Pros

      Excellent managing partners, great general managers and loving office managers. Perfect place to work as far as management goes.

      Cons

      Lots of back-stabbing. Little to non teamwork. Few yahoo with a bit of power within the organization that cross professional lines and discriminate... at the end of the we are human so a bit of dis-functionality comes with the territory
