Should be good for management roles as they do nothing.

Cons

Worst place to work as a consultant.. This company is not competitive with even smallest staffing/consulting firms in finding business.. They all rely on consultants to find a project and let Diversant make money..

- if you're productive, they love you, and they can definitely show good appreciation

Cons

- your base is way too low even when you're productive. if you try to ask for a raise, they say no, then when you leave they will ask is there anything else they can do - yes, give me more money when I'm a top producer.
