      Pros

      I think most of us are content with pay, I guess its fair for IT Staffing. Local Management roles are always opening, because they quit and get fired constantly. Also the guys (yes, only males!) that report to Ownership are good at covering for the real Owner a.k.a. “Chairman”. This Review Title is a real quote shared firsthand to justify the real Owner’s actions and behaviors.

      Cons

      Racism Vs. Prejudice. I didn’t realize there was a difference. Did you? Well, then come aboard and you can learn the hard way like me and get to know all about our Owner’s view of women and minorities.

      ability to make good money

      Don't work for this company, they don't value you as a person or employee. I was given no training or chances and was barley guided with what i was supposed to be doing day to day. Management is very unprofessional in the offices. favorites were also played in the office and i believe everyone should be treated and trained the same. Overall i would say if you are looking to change jobs and careers DONT choose Diversant for your next job.

      Contractors Are Not Really Employees

      -Leave you alone -Pay on time

      Cons

      -Contractors bring in the revenue but are not treated as employees. -Even though you bring in the revenue you are regarded as little more than an ATM machine for the company. -The second you are off contract you don't exist any longer and they have no interest in you. -The benefits are just ok even though you pay for them yourself. The company gives you nothing. For 2018 the contractors don't get the same benefits as the in office employees.
