      Pros

      Great Leadership, Great company to grow with and learn a ton about the industry! They have great quality clients that see a need for their services and deliver above market!

      Cons

      The cons would be just getting started if you are a newbie to the industry. It’s a ton of hours put into the beginning of your career and not much of a “Con” per day but Diversant holds a standard!

      Pros

      Decent commission plan if you can get with the right accounts

      Cons

      Sales management seems to not want to fix issues - could use some fresh ideas. No incentive to stay with company.
