      Pros

      A good book of IT business to recruit from. Some great people work here that you can learn from on both recruiting and sales side of things. There are a few really good managers (some who manage national teams) who truly care about your progress but if you don’t get one of the few you could be lost. Over the last year or so they have been actively trying to communicate better and grow incentive programs.

      Cons

      There are a lot of procedural issues. When something goes wrong there’s finger pointing because everyone realizes there was no procedure in place or it was not clear from the beginning. Not a great PTO policy. The fact that you have to be there for 3 years to get a PTO increase is a bit much. Not very consistent, incentive program implemented then forgotten about just like the “mentor” program. Sales people are favored over recruiters, they get paid more on every deal even if they had zero manager relationship and the recruiter found and prepped the candidate. In what world is that fair.

      Pros

      Diversant is a family oriented place to work where we work hard and play hard. We celebrate both the small and big wins and pick each other up during the struggles. You are recognized for your hard work and plenty of opportunity for career growth.

      Pros

      My manager outlined a plan and strategy for my success from day one and has allowed me the freedom to work the plan with my style and personality. I've received excellent support from leadership, peers, and the outstanding recruiting team. Diversant is excellent with recognition and rewards and looks for opportunities to feature employees who are doing positive things

      None that I have experienced.
