The office/company culture is great. The business model really promotes growth, success, and leadership. Self-motivation and efforts are always rewarded. Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to help. I left a job that had terrible company culture so I can really appreciate a good one.

Cons

It can be difficult, as there are a lot of variables that are beyond your control, nature of the beast that is recruiting

1. Team environment.. the people are awesome 2. Room for growth 3. Pretty solid training/mentorship program 4. You can make good money 5. Bootcamp trainings are real informative and it's nice to meet the other new hires

Cons

Sometimes the work can be difficult but to be successful you have to be motivated to overcome these obstacles. Had a slow start in the beginning but now everything is coming together and I am really enjoying this position.. looking forward to moving into sales.
