Remote work. You can pretty much do what you want. Managers are too busy trying to figure out how to fixed the huge messed they created to bother to see how their employees are doing
Cons
Every day I wake up I am just thankful I no longer work for this company. It’s that bad. Ever since ACS/Innova or whatever they call themselves took over in 2022 they completely collapsed all that was left of Diversant. The positive reviews are 100% fake and probably written by the shady owner and his family. Diversant employees are like a bunch of rats abandoning a sinking ship. Zero communication and no direction within the new company but boy do they love to hear themselves talk! It’s such a shame. Diversant used to be a pretty ok company to work for.
