They share real time information that makes you feel like you're contributing to moving the needle and success of the company. As a whole, I feel valued from the President of Diversant down to the Managing Director of our office - that's a rare find. The company is run by leaders who have been in the industry a long time and "get it." They know what they're doing which is why we continue to be successful even in a down economy. Strong work/life balance and commission structure as well.

Management allows me to work my schedule as needed as long as my production is good and of high quality .
