Pros
A lot of great employees with a lot of potential
Cons
They do not promote from within, nor do they hire new employees when someone leaves so that everyone on the team isn't left to pick up their work. Management expects you to do the extra work while they watch. Benefits are non-existent and PTO/sick days do not carry over at the end of the year. Truly no room for growth with this company. They are also very big on DEI initiatives on their website but have no programs/policies what's so ever to support what they say they do.
