You are left high and dry after your 1st project. Account team does not even take the courtesy of responding to your calls and emails as if you do not exist at all. At first you are sold out to the idea that they have plenty of projects in the pipeline. In reality it's very bleak to get out of the hole once 1st project ends.

This company is laughable. There is no training at all anymore, no development, and only a lot of anger boiled from the top down. The Charlotte office has had almost 100% turnover in the last 6 months, and we had such a good thing going. Our growth last year was incredible. Instead of recognizing this, they fired the #2 guy in the company that had been there for 15 years, and they bring on one the worst leaders this industry has ever seen (who was canned from his previous stint). Just look at the turnover in leadership. It's been a revolving door the past few years, and because of stupid reasons, they lost the best of the best here in Charlotte this year. This office will never rebound. They are a defeated group, and people would give anything to be recognized once in awhile and not walk around on egg shells.
