Pros

Solid paycheck, but god forbid you have a family and actually need health insurance. The health insurance is to die for, literally you'll die trying to find decent coverage. Great networking opportunity!!

Cons

Ever been to the amusement park with the ride that straps you down and slowly brings you to it's peak and then keeps you there all of 5 seconds and then...RAPIDLY drops to the bottom with you and everyone strapped down? No? Perhaps, that's because someone warned you how sickening the ride makes you feel, so let me do you the favor and say that's exactly what Diversant is--an amusement park or circus--whichever is more euphonic..it's all about perspective. Let me explain:

Extremely busy Company. In a growth mode, large volume accounts, hiring additional staff to support, nice and professional work force.

Cons

Benefits right now, but new cost effective plans are being announced soon.

Manager is smart and a great resource. The company strives for Manager contact with a job requirements. Commissions are paid on time.

Cons

competition within the team is not as friendly/conooperative as I would like
