Pros
When you work for DCI you are working with some of the most innovative leaders who are always striving to not only give the customer what they want but also their employees.
These are a few of my favorite things:
-Massages: They bring someone in to give you a massage a few times throughout the year
-Catered lunches: Trevas, Marie Livingston's, Azu are just a few of the great places they order from.
-People: Your future coworkers are driven, helpful and professional although they will have you cracking up a good bit too; DCI understands balance.
-Small(ish): DCI is a growing company but you don't feel like a number here, everyone knows your name.
-Pet friendly: Sometimes people even bring in pet treats to share!
-Kitchen: You might find your guilty pleasure snack or opt for some fresh fruit, the point is the options are pretty close to endless.
DCI is awesome, if they offer you the job you should definitely take it!
Cons
This isn't necessarily a con but you will be doing more than just your main job. However, that does help you learn more about the company and makes the day go by faster!
