This was one of the most disappointing workplaces I have experienced. While salaries are paid on time, the company has an unreasonable salary deduction policy where employees can lose pay even for being just 5 minutes late. New rules and policies are introduced frequently with little transparency or consideration for employees.
The work environment is toxic and demotivating. Management is rude, employee concerns are ignored, and there is absolutely no appreciation or recognition for hard work, dedication, or extra effort. In my experience, senior management was rarely available and often appeared to spend only a few hours in the office, making it difficult to get timely decisions or support.
Getting any issue resolved was extremely difficult. It often felt like concerns were only taken seriously if you raised your voice or repeatedly followed up. Employees should not have to argue or escalate matters just to receive basic support or fair treatment. Communication should be respectful and proactive, not dependent on confrontation.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise job seekers to carefully evaluate the company's policies, management style, and work culture before joining.
