- Too many unnecessary salary deductions. - Employees can be marked absent for being just 5–10 minutes late. - No transparency in policies or salary deductions. - Management is rude and unapproachable. - Office head is rarely available during normal working hours. Comes at 6pm leaves at 9pm - Employee concerns are ignored. - Frequent rule changes without proper communication. - Strict policies with little appreciation for employees. - negative and demotivating work culture. - Poor work-life balance and lack of employee support. Left company because of unnecessary salary cuts The management seems to have countless reasons to deduct employees' salaries. Even being 5–10 minutes late can result in being marked absent, which is completely unreasonable. The Noida office is poorly managed. The office head and senior staff usually arrive around 6 PM and leave around 9 PM, making them unavailable for employees during normal working hours. There is no one to discuss work-related issues or employee concerns with. Management is rude and does not listen to employees. There is a complete lack of transparency in company policies and decision-making. Rules keep changing
