If you are an experienced consultant, this is not the contracting company for you.

Pros

They are good at finding positions that fit the qualifications to their consultants.

Cons

There is no communication with consultants. If you are not at their headquarters then your pretty much on your own. When your consulting, they are just writing your checks. The pay schedule is not on par with other major consulting companies. If there are any pay disputes with the company you are consulting for, expect them to use you as a bargaining chip.
