I joined Diverse Lynx but left within just three days due to the terrible work environment. It felt more like a prison than a workplace. Outdated Infrastructure: The company still uses 90s desktops and old keyboards that feel like typewriters. Zero Work-Life Balance: You cannot access your email after working hours, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. Toxic Leadership: The Account Manager (Mrs. Ginni Miglani Singh) is highly unprofessional, with a condescending attitude and a habit of making personal comments on employees’ past experience. During the interview, she may seem supportive, but once you join, it's the complete opposite. She lacks basic professionalism and does not know how to treat juniors or new employees with respect. Many people say consultancies have the worst culture, and while not all are the same, companies like Diverse Lynx are the reason for this negative perception. If you genuinely want career growth, do not consider this company. While they may offer a market-standard salary, they will make your life miserable in just a few days. This is my honest review based on my firsthand experience. I strongly advise against joining this company.
