Pros

You can literally skip work some days and no one will notice.

Cons

No raises. Not even cost of living. If you aren't in the inner circle, they don't even know you exist. Also, firing people because they get sick isn't a great look especially if you use every company meeting to push the latest "ministry" money grab of the owner.
