Pros

Larger company in the industry, so the overall management structure is more what you would find in any large business. Onboarding process is fairly well defined. People in my workgroup are professional and upbeat. It's a nice change for sure.

Cons

Need to comfortable with supporting your needs for home office in virtual role. They sent a laptop and an entry level type dock. Laptop needed several updates and software I need for my position was not set up on it.
