Diversified Systems has a great AV Systems Installation crew. The company has a large workflow of impressive contracts.

Cons

The pressure to hurry through the engineering stage creates shortcuts and a lack of product knowledge.

The people were very easy to work with and I enjoyed my time with them very much. It was comfortable and fun. Everyone was very knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, and experienced. This company is very good at broadcast integration especially mobile.

Cons

I really don't have anything to say negatively other than you ought to know what you are doing working here because you must manage yourself well.

Pros

Flexablity. They are flexiable with work hours and working from home. As long as the job gets done in a timely fashion

Cons

Knowledge is not passed around. Things easy slip through the cracks and fingers are pointed in every other direction other then there own. Pay does not adiquitly represent what is expected from you also job titles are given but never held to. A person might be doing one job one week then asked to go into something completly different because they know how to do it not cause it is there responsibility.
