The turnovers was like no other, people would either quite or get fired on a monthly basis. The owner was up and down all day with his mood. Very condescending and never supportive. Would make you feel incapable.

Absolutely no loyalty for years of hard work. I put in countless of all nighters in order to make deadlines, when the occasion called for it, only to be cut from the team when business got slow. I was offered training initiatives that I accepted and then did NOT receive. It was very clear that there were favorites among our team.
