      Pay was within industry norms

      Egos - very know it all management, they purchased company’s and somehow the original Diversified crew was always the most knowledgeable about clients and accounts they did not work with or engage, like Oprah everyone received a promotion from Diversified, in the end they have lost the NE, I doubt they have admitted this to their self, I hope they turn around there are still a few good people left.

      It was a good place to work until the CEO hired a CRO who has no experience in AV, and gave him authority to start axing good people.

      Cons

      The C-level don't care at all about people, only numbers. You're just another cog in their machine.

      Pros

      This WAS a great company to work for. The environment was friendly and collaborative. If you can excel in an that environment that has little support and accountability from others then you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is not in touch with how employees feel. Since going corporate, its simply numbers that matter. It is as if they expect that dedication and multi hat wearing of a startup or small company but want to run as a corporation. Change is good but a goal without a plan is chaos and you having to reverse decisions that were not thought through to begin with. This results in a lack of confidence below.
