Great vision challenging transformation

Pros

The strategy of leadership to build and transform the company into a true technology company, not just an installation contractor is exciting and will pay off for the long term growth and stability of the company.

Cons

Need to find better ways to articulate the vision and explain what is really going on. We understand what we are doing is hard but, we need more effective communication on progress and challenges.

Losing the Family First

losing sight of work/life balance, was once family oriented and has grown much too fast too soon. Losing site of the employees and cares more and more about bottom line.
