I was able to make some good friends and learn from some really wonderful managers.

Cons

The company is lacking support, they truly do not show much interest in employees. There is so much competition among employees, it's insane. SO much judgement whenever you need to take time off or perhaps WFH an extra day. Upper management does not care for the most part. Pay is extremely low, even for those who have been with the company for years have barely seen a decent raise. Benefits are not great either. A LOT of the negative reviews are true

You are just a # on a spreadsheet. They are not worried about employee retention or supporting them. They micro-manage every aspect.

I am truly thankful for my time with Diversified and the invaluable lessons this company taught me the last few years. The most important takeaway from my experience here, is that I now understand the kind of organization I don’t want to work for and the red flags associated with it.

Cons

There is way too much growth opportunity and not enough cronyism.
