      Pros

      Flexible hours (within reason), friendly, humble executive team, hard-working, intelligent and friendly employees, fair compensation, high-tech offices...what more can you ask for?

      Cons

      Due to a lot of rapid growth, certain facets of the company are not as polished as they should be. But staff and management are actively working on solutions.

      Stays at the forefront of technology and has some top notch technicians in their fields.

      Cons

      Inherently more concerned about the Client than with the quality of the craftmanship in the field. Extremely tight deadlines cause a plethora of unnecessary issues to compound each other to routinely go past those deadlines and be overbudget.
