Too many changes too fast

The work is challenging and currently there is a great team atmosphere.

Cons

The purchase of too many companies in the last year, the addition of an HR dept that has been stripping employee benefits left and right. The mashing together of company cultures too fast that causes a "us vs them" mentality among some of the employees of acquired companies. Employees of acquired companies being told it was a merger and causing assimilation issues.

Forward reaching company in the technology field. The company has a an eye on growth and is presently realigning its departments as it is melded into one entity Diversified. The new division, one of eight, is called Diversified. Digital Media Group. Experiential design and managed services.

Cons

Aggressively interested in satisfying the customer and maintaining a very high brand image...many employees are not able to compete in this highly competitive and rigorous environment--not a lot of coddling at DMG.
