Flexibility depending who you work for.

Cons

Point fingers when something goes wrong. no one takes accountability. Knowledge is not shared but dictated regardless if it suits the business/clients. Poor management on every level. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant. No employee appraisals, don't know where you stand.

Received daily compliments on what a great job I was doing.

Cons

I went out sick and had to take short term disability and they fired me and then lied to the DOL and said I was not able to return to work. I lost my job and my medical benefits, was unable to pay for my medication and unable to claim unemployment.

Great Leadership from CEO and President. Consistent growth over the last several years. New revenue opportunities are translating into new job opportunities. The company's legacy revenue model is projects-based. They are beginning to launch some recurring revenue product sets, and that is a sea change for them.

Cons

Not the best health insurance plan, but they're exploring options for change.
