      Decent benefits and wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth with no plan, processes are all over the place and vary wildly between regions and divisions. Supply chain issues, labor shortages, a lack of unified SOP's, and a "do more with less" approach to cost savings is causing burn-out at all levels.

      Colleagues were amazing. Manager was very good.

      If you plan to grow here forget about it. They are very cheap. They rather buy subsidiaries than pay their workers what they deserve.
