Diversified is a large company, in many geographies and markets, with a lot of opportunity for growth

Cons

Diversified is large because of many many acquisitions and it doesn't seem like there's much standardization across divisions or geographies. Each acquired company seems to still be running on separate systems, so there's a lot of interdepartmental confusion.
