I don't have any. I have 26 hours of sick time an can't use it. I'm not allowed a raise. Been here 3 years

Pros

The company gets to create some amazing installations and they do have a pretty solid company culture. They also don't put undue pressure on the employees with ridiculous hustle culture nonsense. If you're in the right role it can be a great place to work.

Cons

The stakeholders are trying to push the company from being a systems integrator into a one that makes products, specifically technology. They've created an innovation team lead by VPs with essentially no experience making software. Nobody close to the latest project can even articulate what they're building.
