Pros

The employees work hard and are friendly even though they are treated terribly.

Cons

Upper management has wasted millions of dollars and thousands of hours on systems that don't even work. The first project to roll out a new project management system was such an utter failure that it was completely abandoned. Now they've rolled out a half-baked system for the service department that doubles everyone's work. It doesn't even handle half of the volume of tickets. Most tickets have to be moved from the new system back to the old one in order to be worked. No one is allowed to speak up though because management is too busy congratulating themselves to realize they've just made everything worse. They should have just invested in fixing the old system.

Company was in a state of re-organization the entire time I was there. Continued to change direction regularly.
