Great team, great projects and, depending on the team, great organization

Cons

A lot of us vs them between departments. Upper management constantly changing. Clearly working to appease shareholders over employees.

As a large company, Diversified has hired a lot of experts, so it's nice to have access to other people in the field who you can share information with.

Cons

They do not promote people, they do not have career growth opportunities, they do not invest in their people.
