Pros

They pay FAIRLY but do not do a great job of considering the multitude of geographical differences in the markets they support and service.

Cons

Lots of organization change but the people are the very last thing they are focused on making changes to or for. They are building out a structure with circle holes and just praying the people aren’t square pegs that won’t fit.
