      Pros

      Direct managers are supportive, PTO is never questioned, fully remote with the option for in-office provides flexibility, provides and pays for certifications like CAPM/SCRUM/etc,

      Cons

      Company structure is lacking, with reorgs happening nearly quarterly, and usually involving massive layoffs with poor excuses. Much outsourcing of labor with poor training, leading to inconsistent work flow
