      Pros

      The company treats you like family, not just a number. Flexible schedule and mangers work with you if you need time off. It's a Government environment so the work very structured.

      Cons

      Government systems are old and technology is outdated. Not many opportunities to learn or train beyond what you are hired to do

      This company has a great corporate culture, co-workers, benefits. They make you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door.

      Cons

      The dress code is business casual with no casual Fridays. Yes, that's all I have to say that's a con.

      Great work environment that places an emphasis on integrity and doing the right thing. Leadership is consistently mindful of doing what is best for the employee and supporting career goals.

      Cons

      People located at multiple locations can make it difficult to feel connected overall, but supervisor and direct team stay well connected.
