      Great if you don't want any opportunity to move up and do the same work.

      This is definitely a small business company. They relocated their headquarters from El Paso to San Antonio this year.

      Pros

      Time off is minimum (10 days). They want you to work a minimum of six months before taking a day of leave. You get 24 hours sick leave. Blue Cross medical is offered which should accommodate most medical needs.

      Cons

      Feels like a small company. Not much in the way off anything extra (benefits, time off, etc)
