      I loved the clients I worked with, and scheduling does a great job finding other houses to work at as well as getting your desired hours.

      Cons

      You can't permanently switch houses.

      The on-site management was good. The training and orientation were well done.

      Cons

      Those at the top (those with decision making power) did not communicate well with those who were working on site. Decisions made were not in the best interest of the people served,

      Laid back office environment. The owner care about the clients.

      Cons

      Management tends to yell or not treat you well. Sometimes treated like you are stupid. Insurance package is expensive and a joke.
