Pros

Their Willmar headquarters is highly professional and has impeccable operation. Paychecks always deposited on time. Delivery of schedules for each house on time. They do a good job of training by immediate supervisors if you have a qualified boss. Overnights are the best way to pay your way through college and offer flexibility as cooperation with fellow team members very possible.

Cons

This is not a high paying industry. All supervisors and low level staff in this industry are either working on advanced degrees or have a diploma. This position has little room for advancement in the company with supervisor and program director positions above it. The Divine House offices are disjointed from the corporate office in Willmar, MN so advancement is difficult. The individual offices are not professional and not able to effectively deal with the many issues that arise.
