Every manager is out to get you and will spin things against you to make themselves look good Poor pay and time management Unhealthy work-life balance No real opportunity for growth Stressful and unrealistic expectations No discounts or benefits even despite being owned by Emirates Group

Good airlines and licenses to dispatch them. Wide variety of aircraft types. Not much to do so lots of downtime

Cons

Poor management. Poor pay structure (bonus and is lost at their discretion.). Very boring days. 4on-2off rota pattern with no time for family life
