Cons

Working until as late as 1.30am. Shifts depend on demand, so during the calm periods, was shifted as low as two days a week. During busy periods, especially over the summer, lack of staff sometimes lead to massive work overload and stress.

Pros

Plenty of shifts to go around so can work min 20 hours and max 38 hours. Most colleagues are fun and friendly.

Cons

Unless you’re a snitch or best friends with management you will be treated as you’re just a number (which has been said by management previously to colleagues). You’re expected to bow down to any request and if you raise something you’re unhappy with you’ll be known as difficult. Very quick to tell you you’ve done something wrong but will never acknowledge anything you’ve done right. If you’re a robot and are happy to be treated as one then this is the job for you.
