Pros

I was supervisor for Dnata in Milano Malpensa for 2 years . Organising the logistics and control of airline catering for Emirates Airlines. Liaising with catering, ground and airline crew to ensure that deliveries of food & beverage, and special requests are handled in a timely and punctual manner .

Cons

Stock control, inventory checks and training of staff.

Pros

Great staff to work with , understanding boss. Good team ethic

Cons

Work hours, and the necessity to work from home constantly. No disconnection between work life and leisure. Due to the competition from other companies, and corruption rife in Erbil. Tough to make things work.
