Pros

None, owners do not care about tenure use you and then dump you off, no respect for dedication. Ownership is very poor

Cons

Over worked under paid owners don't care about you. Do all you can to help improve their operation and then they fire you! Not worth your time or energy.

Pros

Dober is unlike any other place I've ever worked. Each month Dober holds a "Hedgehog Day" where they celebrate the 'employee of the month' (nominated by peers) , award fun gifts to employees, and wrap up the event with a communal lunch provided by the company. Dober is a growing company that provides employees with an opportunity to develop and grow. Dober celebrates their core values with events. But the core values are best demonstrated by the actions of the leaders and teammates. The family first mentality is demonstrated on a daily basis.

Cons

Dober is a smaller company of ~150 employees so they do not have a clear path for upwards growth as a large company would. However, the opportunities for growth are there for those that are proactive and motivated to advance in their careers.
