There is very open communication, but it can be kind of unclear sometimes. But once you ask for clarification, you will get it.

The company has a great culture, fun atmosphere, is family-oriented, and really focuses on making sure their employees are happy.

Cons

Because it is such a small company there really isn't any room to grow or get promoted.
