Pros

Things move fast at Dober and everyone is encouraged to participate at all levels of the company. It is a fun place to work that has tons of really impressive things happening. I know I'm excited everyday to go to work.

Cons

The Benefits package is not as good as Fortune 500 companies but it is very good for a company this size.

Pros

Dober is a great company to work for! The company has a great work culture and really focuses on making sure their employees are happy and taken care of. Fun atmosphere with friendly co-workers including holiday contests, Hedgehog of the month (employee of the month), family picnic, etc. The company promotes mutual trust and respect. Very family oriented and offers flex time. The President of Dober really dedicates his focus on making Dober a fun, relaxing but successful company!

Cons

Dober is a smaller company (some may view this as a con)
