I value the fast-paced, dynamic environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. The teamwork among field staff is also exceptional, and I enjoyed the autonomy I was given in the field.

The Company has a great vision with decent leadership at the top. Middle Management is a revolving door because they aren’t valued.

Directors who are threatened by intelligence and hard work, it’s discouraged to do both. Do as I say leadership not as I do, leadership will let you fail to prove or further their own point, not help you grow or set you up for success
