Pros
The past two years has been a whirlwind for me. There have been many rewarding moments and yes, several challenging moments too. Through it all I’ve learned and have become a more capable professional as a result. I get a kick out of some of these negative reviews. The ones that tell you to “run away” or to “beware” the big bad boogey man are exaggerated. It’s tough but it’s not that tough.
I also still can’t believe how quickly I was able to grow here at Ambulnz! It was incredibly easy to get promoted. This really is one of those companies where hard work is rewarded and those who go above and beyond get their just desserts. I made it a point to finally establish a career for myself, and I can’t believe what I’ve been able to accomplish in just a little under 3 years. Looking back at how far I’ve come since I was hired on, I know there’s no other company I’d rather work for.
Cons
There’s very little work/life balance when people’s lives hang in the balance.
