      up and coming healthcare, innovative approach to new modes of healthcare

      Cons

      they overwork you at times with no regard from higher-ups, I'm not sure the higher-ups even know or care that their management team needs additional support and/or time off to catch their breath, there is alot of favoritism towards certain employees and it is covered up or shoved under the rug along with this, not all the rules/policies are enforced for all employees equally If you complain to try make things right, gand o against what THEY want, they get rid of you

      It's almost impossible to get fired if you're in a non-managerial position.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Project mismanagement. Refusal to listen to subject matter experts. HR has way too much power and not enough experience.
