      Great Company, needs an overhaul of leadership.

      Pros

      Amazing atmosphere , company car, company gas card, expense account , paid parking, paid cell phone bill and pizza on fridays. Did I mention the best Cafe machines money can buy, like Starbucks and Nespresso!

      Cons

      Directors who don't have the bandwidth to do anything but eat all the free food the company supplies. An HR department that cannot do math, I mean elementary school math, it's really sad.

      Pros

      There are some really great people working around the clock. The medical director is inspiring when he talks about how new technology can transform medicine.

      Cons

      People last about 6 months. After covid they’ll probably be a smaller company. The strategy changes constantly so you’ll work for months and on a project and have it changed in a day, effort wasted.

      Pros

      State of the art, innovative, creative, value driven, follow through on promises and given progress briefs when items promised are delayed.

      Cons

      Biggest con is actually a plus. So much synergy has attracted new work like a magnet. Growth is everywhere and slowed down by talent acquisition due to workforce demands and competition nowadays.
