Pros

Enjoy collaborating with my team and working under my supervisor. Flexible with hours if you need to attend to a personal matter.

Cons

Strange that a tech company doesn't really believe in working from home. As of now, we only get 2 days to WFH on a monthly basis. This is one of the biggest reasons we have a high turnover rate.

Pros

What I really love about this job is bringing healthcare to people in rural communities who would otherwise have to travel far or wait a long time to see doctor. The people I work with are really great too. (There have been a few people who didn't mesh and were bad to work with, but glad to say they didn't last!) I'm proud of the work I do.

Cons

My team is confused by Workday and Deputy - more training would help.
